Despite the ongoing human rights crisis of kidnapping, murder, and intimidation, hundreds of thousands of Hondurans of all ages, classes, and regions took to the streets to mark a clear rejection of the legitimacy of Lobo's presidency, and to prove that their demands for justice and a constituent assembly would not fade.

4. So beautiful to see those people, and they even brought that great speaker, the little boy.
He is precocious, so bright, and the crowds love him.

No doubt many of these same people were at the airport the day Zelaya's plane made three low passes, trying to land, as the people cheered and waved so hard at him. One wasn't able to be there, because the military snipers shot him in the head at the other event, when they blocked the runway and wouldn't let his plane land.

In the end, the people will win. I hope it will be in our lifetimes.

Thank you for this video.

6. Yet you'll never hear about in the media...
We have to go to YouTube to see it. That's how sad it is. The news about Lobo's 'inauguration' I had to scrape from the BBC website; nothing in the newspapers, or on radio or tv. After all, it's not Iran, so it's not 'hot' enough... :eyes:

5. Obama in SotU: "America must always side with peace and freedom"...
Forgot to add: "Except in Honduras". Coup-plotter's boy Lobo to be recognized by Obama-administration as new 'president'.

I hope President Zelaya and his family will be safe. He showed a lot of courage and determination coming back to Tegucigalpa to be with his people.
