That's the clear implication of his description of the court's reasoning: because they are deeply divided, that's reason enough to overturn precedent. Is impeachment really off the table? If they do overturn Roe v Wade, will impeachment be an option?

He was right -- this was part of a right wing conspiracy to help corporations and the wealthy.
It truly is unbelievable that the Supreme Court would make fact finding when there was nothing in the record to support it.
