Fox Cuts Away From Obama-GOP Conversation In Order To Get A Head Start On Attacks: He Was ‘Lecturing’
President Obama held a candid, face-to-face conversation with House Republicans today at their annual retreat in Baltimore. After Obama gave his remarks, he had to answer tough questions from Republican lawmakers about health care, the budget, taxes, and other issues. Although the riveting exchange lasted over an hour, both CNN and MSNBC aired the entire event.

However, at 1:11 p.m. ET — when there was still 20 minutes left to go — Fox News decided to cut away and begin its commentary. Anchor Trace Gallagher’s immediate reaction was that Obama was being too “combative” and “lecturing” — like he was at his State of the Union address. Correspondent Bret Baier agreed, saying there was “a little bit of that,” but conceded that there was a “decent…give-and-take on the specifics.” Watch it

2. not sure what your reply means.
Just pointing out fox is doing the same crap as usual. They cut it early in order to put a spin on what actually took place.
Couldn't risk their views seeing the truth.

3. Does Fox have a Broadcast License?
Someone really should review this. Fox is not a news program. I'm sure they don't meet the FCC standards for news programming.

12. 49% of those who watch TV news, not 49% "of the people". 1/2 of us don't watch tv

13. Sadly it seems it's "the people"
The article i read of the 49% PPP poll didn't make a distinction. That many people appear to be brainwashed. Sick times we live in.

15. maybe its because it is the most "populist working class" network - even if its faux populism and
faux working class. It is scary because Fox succeeds by promoting a kind of nasty, right-wing working class populism. The entire fascist tradition was propelled by nasty right-wing working class populism. Like traditional fascism, Fox promotes a fools version of the class struggle. Instead of the capitalist, the wealthy and corporations, the struggle is against "the elites"; the "phony intellectuals", the immigrants and minorities who are "taking over the country" and has "terrorist" among them, the "degenerates and the perverts" who are "undermining our nation's values and morals", and apologist and collaborators for "America's enemies".

Very scary stuff. This is very dangerous. What will it lead to?
