I would write more letters to my representatives, :freak: but they all work for Goldman Sachs and send me form letters in return. :banghead: I could hit the streets and protest, :grr: but I can't take the time off work. :scared: I could vote for the Democrats again :rofl: and I probably will, :dunce: but that won't change much. I'm open to suggestions. :shrug:

and similar organizations that are working to elect real Democrats answerable to the people.

Go to your state capitol and visit with your reps and let them know why you are there.

Canvas, make calls, talk to anyone who will listen, create opportunities to engage others.

Study. Join DFA, PDA and/or other REAL Progressive grassroots efforts and participate.

Invent creative ways or steal great ideas of others and use them.

Find people of like mind and toss around ideas for action, even silly ones, and just do them.

Maybe you are one of the folks working 2 or 3 jobs, if so, I hear ya about time, it may not be possible. If not, make time. Consider doing peaceful things that seem unlike you that you would never have considered if the times were not so corrosive. I am sure I am missing a lot. We have been given much by those who came before us. Empower yourself and others, courage and confidence will grow for those who worry about those things. You are great.

1. Strengthen and expand alternate media
2. Infiltrate existing party systems to affect changes
3. Exploit current means to pressure representatives
4. Prepare, support, and run Liberal/Progressive candidates
