5. I'd rather stand up for what I know

Belief is overrated and the bigots claim that's exactly what they are doing "Standing up for what they believe ".

Without knowledge, beliefs are just so much propaganda.

But I agree that it's empowering to know there are lots of people who support you. And, even if I'm decrying the advice she was given on phraseology from the ACLU, I will always support her.

10. Constance is heading to L.A.

Just watched the latest episode of The Wanda Sykes Show and Wanda had Constance on the show.
Wanda invited Constance out to LA on April 16th to attend the GLADD, or is it GLAAD, awards.
Wanda is receiving an award and gets to pick who will present it to her.
So, Wanda picked Constance to do the presenting.
Constance and her girl friend will be heading on out there as guests of Wanda ;)
