Did the Kennedy family do something similar on national TV ?

1. J.Edgar Hoover had spies in MLK's followers, made secret films of

King in private situations, some sexual encounters with other women, and supposedly circulated some of them to discredit King. There may be some evidence of Hoover's footdragging in the investigation of King's death, but I am certain anything implicating J E in the crime has long disapeared. I have no doubt Hoover privately celebrated King's death, as he did the deaths of both Kennedys.AFAIK, there is no existing proof Hoover had anything to do with the actual deaths, but he did make sound and video recordings of all 3 men in personal situations for his own purposes, as he did with many others he thought were "leftists". He engaged in blackmail and pressure of such persons for many years, and many people in public positions were afraid of him till he died, when his files were supposedly destroyed.
