My appreciation for Weiner and dislike for Noonan aside, Weiner did not say "Will you stop with your tangent" to Noonan.

On focusing on health care since Obama took office:

Noonan: "....We are in a great recession. Ya gotta focus on that. You don't go on to the secondary and tertiary issues, you go on to the main and essential issues. You don't go on to a one year tangent."

Weiner: "Will you stop one year tangent. Health care's 20% of our economy and its a tangent. This is the problem. We have to solve the problem but lets do it someother time. For 8 years in this country these problems were festering. Incomes were flat. Why? Cause every single spare dollar an employer had had to go into healthcare, not into wages. Our wages are down, our economy is at a standstill because of healthcare. And we are fixing that problem because your team didn't do it."
