MSNBCs Rachel Maddow - 22 March 2010: Rep. Jan Schakowsky of House Pro-Choice Caucus discusses passage of the Senate health care bill. She says that the caucus still wants to "address" the Hyde Amendment, and still wants to change the Nelson language in the Senate bill.

She says this bill does not 'codify' Hyde, it's still part of the regulations, not statutory language.

Rachel asks if pro-choice progressives in House were consulted by the White House, if they were disrespected by the WH despite their numbers.

SCHAKOWSKY: "They did listen to us... At the very same time that Bart Stupak saw the language" the pro-choice progressives saw it too.
