As ACORN plans to fold its operations, thousands of Americans will lose their outreach to federal help in finding homes, better education and health care. So whats next for all those who relied upon ACORN to help them fend off the inadequacies of economic hardship? Cenk Uygur from the Young Turks joins Alyona with the answers.

2. The only thing I could thing of is............. |
|
that some generous people will create another type of group just like ACORN. It worked in the past. IF the community organizers give up now, the conservanazis win. We progressives must continue the mission of helping those whose voices will not be heard. Enlist churches. That's a good start. Social justice and community improvements.

10. I worked for nonprofit causes all my life. Unfortunately, they are often poorly run |
|
organizations since their leaders are intensely driven for social change which is needed in our country and they simply don't possess the skills (nor do they want them) to run an efficient organization. The successful nonprofits have awakened to this and have hired some green eye shade people to do the business part.
ACORN got a raw deal, no doubt about it. But "cause" organizations often suffer from internal financial and organizational disarray. It's sad...

6. Whats with Russia Today? |
|
Every time I see a clip from this network they always have really good alternative media guests with interviewers who are capable of asking questions. Why does a Russian TV station do a better job of reporting American news than most media outlets here?

is like the Soviet Union Back When. В правда не известия и в известии нет правда. (In Pravda there's no news, and in Izvestya, there's no truth)
