Seen it. I've been reading and posting even in groups related to 'conspiracy theories'. The trouble is they're not always wrong, but there are few who really get the big picture. Many are just racists and paranoids worried bout the typical stuff the GOP / Tea folks fear monger to them. There is a conspiracy at work. As Thom Hartmann, someone we all respect (I think) said to the most popular face of 'conspiracy theories', Alex Jones, in an interview. It's not hidden though. It's very public. JP Morgan Chase, United Healthcare, Haliburton, Blackwater, Monsanto, etc.

Trouble is, the lobbyists and media harlots for them put out diversions. Occasionally the truth slips through, such as how Glenn Beck did a 'chalkboard' showing a decade of influence by Goldman Sachs on our government and treasury. Then he turns around and chicken littles, again. These folks, with all due respect, are easily lead and looking for a leader that looks like them, and gets emotional over the same damned issues we are sick of seeing the nations attention diverted to. Wedge issues, so effective, and the fear of 'terra' keep them all in total lockstep.

I've reached out to folks like that in the groups. Most are without hope. A few will listen and maybe learn. The 'J** bankers in power' it turns out are WASPS (Rockefeller, Morgan). The ZOG (look it up) they feared this administration being are not (they stand up for Palestinians too). They need to be advised, if someone 'comes knocking' on their door to take their freedom in 'jack boots' it's not going to be the US government (most likely). It will be Blackwater. The US govt in that case may be the best friend they ever had, suddenly. There is a lot more to this too.

The non-white folks they have 'issues' with have been more victimized by both the 'old' and 'new world orders' in history. From slavery to Native American genocide to pogroms. The USSR they hold up in fear of govt. takovers was entirely created for private banker profit (Schiff & others). They may be surprised to see 'lib-er-uhls' they feel they must hate, like Kucinich and Sanders, standing up against the Federal Reserve, against NAFTA and the WTO. Kucinich even references their popular 'pyramid' fears, in saying that the system in place 'moves wealth up the pyramid'.

That's right, 'patriots' 'militia members' 'freedom fighters'. There is a conspiracy in place. As David Degraw has pointed out, it's the business roundtable. The top 500. The top .01%. The elite. 'Elite' isn't well educated coffee-drinkers, you idiots, it's the corporatist elite. Monsanto will put chemicals in your food, GMOs in your crops, Haliburton will electrocute troops you 'support' with KBR's crappy wiring of their showers. The Blackwater (Xe) you applauded for killing innocents in Iraq may turn on you, that may just have been 'practice rounds' for them.

Do be afraid, be very afraid, of the right people. But not paranoid, lucid. Don't just assail Fannie, Freddie and Frank (Barney) as FAUX tells you. Note the 3rd largest bank pre-crisis is the largest now (JPM Chase), the largest hedge-fund manager, and inventor of the Credit Default Swap. Realize that they had much more to do, providing incentive to lenders to push bad loans, than a law that only required 1 of the top 25 sub-prime lenders to make loans to the risky. You've been duped, they moved the target. 'They' being that very same elite you are seemingly oblivious to now.

You can beat the strawman, the scapegoat, the govt. puppet all you want. Those who build them, blamed them and control them will be unscathed. Don't just bash the simple but paranoid. Guide them, as they are often malleable. Maybe make them realize we are all on the same side on this here. You won't win them all over, don't expect to. But the great education we hope will show them the way may not be forthcoming. Our education system is getting worse by the day. Books turned to guns and banker bailouts. It's going to take some outreach and education by those of us who know.
