We are on our 2nd Constitution, and it has been amended 27 times. Not to mention so many other documents that make up our govt. If this guy rolled up in a truck instead of a horse and stagecoach he should just stfu. These people think the complexities of society and life are as simple as just referring to the Constitution for all of our answers. Dude, we're waaaaay beyond that. Didn't see this guy speaking out about Bush's blatant violations of the Constitution, but he waits until we have a president who is a Constitutional lawyer abiding by the Constitution to talk about losing Liberty. Riiiiiiiiight. These people can't get past their own deep-rooted partisan bullshit to have spoke up when it really mattered.

Maybe in the 60s there were some fringe lefties who thought Mao was kinda cool, but Hitler and Stalin? I don't think so. It seems to me that today it's the teabaggers who are fixated on Hitler Mao and Stalin. Clearly these people are misinformed (or willfully ignorant)if they think Hitler was a lefty, and I don't think there was ever a hippy or a progressive who thought Stalin was anything but a monster.
