1. Being a Klansman is not the same thing as being white

Damn straight a restaurant owner should have the right to refuse to serve a known Klansman. But any restaurant owner who refused to serve white people would be in violation of the law.

Just like a white, Jewish restaurant owner should be able to refuse service to known supporters of Louis Farrakhan, but not to refuse to serve all black people.

See this is what makes me mad about these psuedo-intellectual <"Really, I'm not a"> Racists. They tweak the facts to create a false comparison and the idiot population falls for it hook, line and sinker.

The Black establishment owner HAS EVERY RIGHT to refuse to service "Billy Bob klansman" because he is a klansman; just not because the klansman is white.

4. the libertarian philosophy is a dysfunctional idealism.

They can make their high-minded principles sound appealing, but what they refuse to accept is that the world simply does not work the way they want it to. The practical implications of their 'pure' ideals are always incredibly unfair.

You have the right to be stupid, but have no right to commit stupid acts contravening the law and the Bill fo Rights - equal access, freedom of movement, freedom of association. Keeping yourself away from others is one thing, denying access is another.
