Appearing refreshed and energized, President Obama talks about new private sector jobs, industries and economic plans to strengthen the middle class.

Three main points - support for small businesses, clean energy technologies and investment in the middle class.

From WH website description: Following the signing of historic Wall Street Reform legislation, the President contrasts his economic plan focused on the middle class and moving America forward with the Republican plan focused on the very wealthiest Americans and moving us backward.
