2. Go Ted Olson! The righties just can't

offer a logical argument, no way, no how. And even when presented with the facts, the logic, the law, they still don't get it. I like the line too about the Bill of Rights shouldn't be put up for a vote. I've been saying all along the Prop 8 shouldn't have been on the ballot, although the good thing is it forced the court to make a ruling.

Remember he was the legal mind and force behind all of Clinton's woes (with a leetle help from Bill himself) and we have Ted to thank for Bush 43. I can't wrap my mind around his stance on this-but who cares really. He's not the one to make the ultimate decision.
