But he says how the Republicans are doing things the way they are because they're afraid of the politics.

I wish I knew what the specific issue was that they were talking about. But it's from today's Meet The Press with Dick Gregory interviewing Armey.

Why the hell do so many of these characters sound as though they are drunk?

I've lived around alcoholics from time to time, and this man sounds as though he's had one too many, and that on a constant basis.

when it comes to Dick. I have seen multiple interviews where hes either completely drunk or has developed a speech impediment which he can turn on and off. However I am pretty sure he an alcoholic.
