Essentially, The Kooch (VA's right wing AG) is trying to make abortion clinics have to obey all of the zoning and regulations of hospitals. This will in effect close many of them.

Rachel frames it with a brilliant summary of another crusading anti-abortion AG in Kansas and all of the shady and unethical shenanigans he got himself up to (before he was caught). And also talks in general about the ways that rights are denied to people in this country (even if they technically, legally, have those rights).

A brilliant piece.
