Cenk Uygur (host of The Young Turks) filling in for Dylan Ratigan on MSNBC talks to Slate's Dave Weigel and Democratic strategist Chris Kofinis about a new Gallup poll showing that Republicans have a growing lead for the upcoming 2010 midterm elections. Then they discuss possible GOP presidential candidates for 2012.

1. The forecast looks gloomy....but,
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that something is going to hit the fan between now and November.

Unfortunately, our country is "overall" plenty dumb enough to vote for the "party of no". We are such fools when it comes to chosing our direction in this country. It's like a loaded bus with everyone pushing their feet through the floor and trying to stop it from moving. A bunch of real ignorant cowards.

2. i can see why
America would want to put the republicans back in...

just watching tv for a single day its obvious the republicans stand up for real americans.
that's why they are blocking this evil communist regime from getting any of its evil work done.

real americans don't need social security. or help finding food for there family when the economy crashes.

real americans don't like big business like BP having to pay extra money to make sure they don't destroy the ecosystem and ruin peoples lives and even give them cancer.

real america likes to send young poor people to wars based on fabricated evidence. but not pay for those wars.

i could go on all day..

i can see how real america loves that shit.

throw Obama under the bus. So do a lot of DU'ers. Who do you think will make a better president on the republican side? Romney the Quitter, McShame the right wing moron. Palin the idiot, who? I almost hate to go on DU because of the stinkers on this. Pelosi must be doing something right because the repuks are mentioning her more and more. They hate powerful women.
