4. This guy is has close ties to Rove, DeLay, Abramoff, Ralph Reed, etc. |
|
Additionally, he is a frequent guest on cable news programs, and apparently has his own radio show. He may be a nutbag, but he is part of the conservative "mainstream".

he shows Beck and his ridiculous comments all the time - is it just that this time Cenk is questioning religion for being the crazy whackjob that it is and this offends you ?
I think so - show religion for what it is - an afront to rational, progressive thought.

5. Atheism challenges organized religion by its very existence. |
|
That's the explanation. Atheists represent a force they cannot influence to help them keep their phony-baloney jobs. That's the bottom line. We're a threat to everyone who earns their living selling religious belief to the population.
As the number of atheists grows, the animosity toward atheism grows proportionally.

6. That's a good observation |
|
Once we get influence, we become dangerous to them. Frankly, it seems safer to just let the zealots fight each other!

10. Yes - lets settle this... |
|
They can base their strategy on faith and we will base ours on reality - we'll see who comes out on top.
