here is a structural budget shortfall the Texas legislature will have to deal with next session. That is a fact. A fact, that until recently, was never in doubt. In fact, the only doubt was how large the shortfall would be when the legislature reconvened.

Rick Perry apparently doesn't want to admit there is even a shortfall.

1. Well, a pallet with $9 Billion CASH on it went missing in Iraq

a few years ago, and I'm betting the Texas company employees of Halliburton/KBR stole it to get their mini-mansions and bass boats, so maybe if Ricky asked that wonderful oil service company maybe his war-profiteering constituents will kick in some bucks for his deficit pot.
