It is amazing that people were willing to vote for such a economic simpleton. The idea that returning tax rates to a Clinton levels will hurt the economy flies against 96% of the economists out there. This guy has been really drinking the Liberian kool-aid. His approach to government is liking to that of Somalia's approach to government. The rhetoric sounds good if you just listen to the words, but when you look at our economic history you will see that this is not the case.

Our most prosperous time in America was during some of the highest tax rates for the rich as there ever was. This dude is an idiot. I look forward to seeing if he is willing to live up to his principles by blocking the upcoming raise of the debt ceiling. I would venture to say NO.
