the best Senators we had. Maybe he can go on to bigger and better things, where his hands won't be as tied. There's a huge progressive community out here that needs him. Wisconsin is going to be sorry that they threw one of the best under the bus.

12. It was closer

than many of the older polls and I think he could have closed it with some more time. His opponent had no specifics and never really had to explain himself. He got by with being a business man who was not a politician. He is an empty suit and I think the majority of Wisconsin will miss Russ very soon.

Russ Feingold you are an upstanding and well grounded man and you can leave with your head held up high.

If anyone defended the U.S. Constitution against the Bush administration's trampling of and the Obama administration's continuation of extra-judicial acts, it's been you. I hope you continue to call attention to issues you most care about. Thanks again, Senator Feingold.
