1. glad he's not gonna surrender to repubs and he is right about the diluted message....

as in What message? there is no message coming from the white house in terms of a dems agenda (except compromise). where was the coordinated national attack on wall street and its appeasers? the attacks on the republican get sick and die health care plan? the continuing criticism of the bush/repub policies that drove this country into the toilet? ya know, all that pro dems stuff. the coordinated message? I didn't hear one, of course here in CA we are safe from the baggers and repubs for now. good luck to all of you in other states.

2. Stop it!

Stop spanking the banksters with our money. Obama and both houses gave them trillions of dollars and then say they are tough on the banks. How about the Justice Department send some of the fraudsters to jail and confiscate their stolen money, as an expression of getting tough.

You are such a comedian, sir. I love your jokes. The corporate politicians are going to do nothing of the sort.

Their "punishment" for the fraudsters is to 1)give them 100 million dollar bonus checks, 2)authorize 12 trillion dollars in low interest loans (that the banks are using to buy out smaller competitors and invest overseas, plus buy gov't bonds that make 3% more than the interest they're charged to get the money) 3)look the other way while the fraudsters continue the very practices that destroyed the economy in the first place, and 4)look the other way when banks make NO loans to american businesses despite the trillions given to them by the american tax payers.

3. Not to sidetrack, but did you see the news scroll about the Zimbabwe man?

It said, "Zimbabwe man eaten by lion while showering" --- OMG!!!

Sometimes the news ticker is more interesting than the video they're showing. Gawd I miss the "old days" when news was all about giving us the news, and they'd have actual discussions about issues (using facts and history, not just made up BS talking points that nobody calls them on ... FOX).

Journalism in America died when all the stations were bought out by rich f^kers and huge Corporatistas. Where in hell are the anti-trust actions anymore?!?
