Still only being talked about in a very limited way. Not even on the front page of Huffington Post. Just like Jena 6, the MSM is completely ignoring this. Police brutality is being swept under the rug and unacknowledged by virtually everyone in the news business on all sides...still being seen as a "black issue" and not an American problem.

3. That's because no one wants to talk about the darkside that is police brutality
Crap isn't just an accident.

2. So, what would the sentence have been if Oscar Grant stood over a BART cop and blasted him to death?

4. What do you think RT's plan is here?
Edited on Sat Nov-06-10 02:23 PM by RZM
Remember, RT is Kremlin funded. Do you think they want to shine a light on this issue in order to make things better in the US, or to call attention to and exploit our weaknesses, of which race relations is large one? It's nothing new either. Contemporary Russia is NOT the USSR by any stretch of the imagination, but certain continuities exist and a big one is the Kremlin's interest in exploiting the race issue in the US. Should it be talked about? Of course. But people need to question what the agenda is here.

As an aside, how can you possibly argue that the MSM 'completely ignored' the Jena 6? The story was all over the place for quite some time -- CNN even ran a prime time special specifically devoted to it.
