INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WTHI) - Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels came out with his legislative plan for 2011 on Thursday.

He said unemployment benefits will have to be cut. He also said unemployment insurance taxes must go up for businesses to pay for the unemployment program.
