Just kidding...Jailing parents is a tad too much. However, something has to be done to get some parents attention in this country! Too many parents are more concerned with watching Maury Povich or they are actually on the show instead of making their child's education the most important issue in their lives short of the their child's health!

10. We want the parents INVOLVED in their child's life not removed!

There have been studies on schools 'paying for grades' and it's worked in schools with high drop out rates. Some folks say it's wrong, I say it works and hurts NO ONE. It helps those families that are stuck in a cycle of poverty - often where the highest drop out rates occur.

Taking the parents out by putting them in jail is against everything that would help the child. Why not encourage the parents by paying them for their time? I bet that would help if they have to leave some chitty, hours all over the place - min. wage job to get to the school. Also, why not a law that says you cannot fire a parent for missing work because they were at the school - ya know like how they treat jury duty? (which you are paid to do too).

The options to get the parents in are out there, jail isnt one of them.

Never had any never will....but if I did I'd move to England for the free medical care and society
based support system. Got to jail for everything....your kids....debt....o yeah and actually breaking the law like killing someone. Just fucking fantastic...get me the hell outa here already.:wtf:
