3. If you care about veterans then
you know that you damned well shouldn't make more of them without a very very good reason.

5. The VD parade was interesting.
Normally they have almost a complete city block of JROC formations. Yesterday they had only 50 ~ 60 meters or so.

Normally the Smedley chapter walks behind the street sweepers and then a line of motorcycle cops. This time we were walking behind two vans of the Boston Special Operations (the same guys who arrested us in 2007). By the time we were allowed to start, the rather lame part of the parade was already around the next corner.

No street sweepers so we had to avoid horseshit along the way.

On the plus side, the American Legion did not have their 'festivities' at City Hall Plaza. We met the Leftist Marching Band near City Hall Plaza and wound our way down to Fanieul Hall where the VFP had its rally.

On the minus side, my camera went out of focus and died so I have no pics. :grr:

6. There's no "Street Sweepers" on the national scene either!
That's why we're ALL having to navigate thru the horseshit of TWO unjust wars!

Thank you for your efforts!
