Seriously this is a great day for the international human rights community. About a year ago I stood in the Rose Bowl and heard U2 sing "Walk On" their tribute to to Suu Kyi. I wept as the Amnesty International volunteers came out as I still do today viewing the video. I also felt so happy to hear Bishop Tutu address the crowd after I had come back from a meeting I had organized to bring our different communities together. I felt he was talking to me.
Here it is ....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgqP7VWTLMI You can see me... I am near the sound mixing platform.... OK I am a blur because this is not the HD version. I'm the Irish looking guy. It's LA County we are only 6.5% I should be easy to pick out.
This cause is near and dear to my heart because 13% of LA is Asian and my sweetheart is Asian. You don't know what its like till you go to the Asian third world what it is like and what these RWs want to turn this country into.
I am so happy today.
