1. I heard the news report on this

here in Phoenix. The strange thing is I can't remember anyone saying what caused the police to use the spray, but they did say all around got it on them, even the reporter and film crew. I suspect that it could have been an over-reaction but I haven't talked to anyone that was there and the local news isn't saying, but their report was suspect.
