Most people follow rules, and most systems punish people for not following rules.
So almost all of societies power comes from who you let set the rules. People that know that try to tell people what the rules are all the time. But because they know they have no authority, and the rules are not for better reasons, they themselves ignore them, since the purpose for them to set them is not a just society, but control or power.
So don't let someone set any rules for you they can not defend. And when you ask them to defend their position and they can not, then you quickly learn they have no authority.
And a real libertarian would go after any private company, or group of companies that sets social rules by lobbying. They are either faking it, or don't understand anything.
