I have to say that the GOP are really sick son of a bitches . If there was any question whose side the Republicans are on, this video should leave no doubt . They blocked and won't extend unemployment benefits which would only cost 12 billion . That doesn't even account for 1 percent of the budget . Yet they are willing to extend Bush tax cuts to the richest god damn 2% that will cost tax payers trillions of dollars and not payed for WTF !? Right before Thanks Giving ? This country has lost it's mind, empathy, and it's way . People are living pay check to pay check and the Republicans like John Boehner are playing political games . People should be knocking down the doors of the GOP headquarters ! This is absurd and disgusting . OP edit to add:
Nancy Pelosi brought the measure to the floor under fast-track rules that required a two-thirds vote to pass, so that way the measure fell despite winning a majority.Because of some procedural trick, it needed a 2/3 majority to pass. In addition to the 11 traitorous Democrats, there were 7 other Democrats who didn't show up to vote at all.

3. Reminds me of 2 years ago when my husband's company

fired 2 salesmen for missing their quotas. They were fired on Christmas Eve!! The bastards couldn't wait until after New Years and let them at least enjoy the holiday with their families. Both men were married with small children.

All the other salemen took up a collection and split it for the guys.
