1. What's really sad, though....

...is knowing millions of Americans will hear this, and become enraged at the Democrats for forcing those big, mean, scary corporations to PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE.

Whoops, did I mean pay their fair share? How much did GE and Exxon Mobile pay in taxes last year? Nothing? So if they're already getting away with tax-fraud thanks to legal loopholes, what else could they possibly want? A law that requires everyone who makes less than $100k a year turn in their wallet at the end of the week for the Fortune 500? This is absurd.

2. The corporations have to pay lots of accountants to keep finding the loopholes-

-plus there is the possibility that IRS will audit them if the accountant is forced to do something shady to keep their taxes at zero. More inconvenience. More paperwork. More BILLS. Can't you just give the poor corporations a break?
