Did you know that the Department of defense has three million employees, and is the largest single employer in the United States. Now I am not surprised that in a population that large, you would find 500 perverts. They are not the Catholic church, but they exist everywhere in society.

This is a law enforcement problem. These employees should be investigated, indicted if there is sufficient evidence, tried, and sent to prison for the rest of their natural lives.

I wonder, if you pick 3 million people at random, how many will have looked at Child Porno? or adult Porno? or images of Palin with a gun? I shudder to think that.

Should Congress divide all Americans into groups of 3 million and investigate them for this?
