1. I remember in the 60's it was the Black Panthers who were talking very

similar words (although their reasons were quite different), and they scared the crap out of white America. Funny how things change. And I will always believe that having a black President fuels a lot of this.

yes, excellent example of a piece of the patchwork quilt of right-wing whack-job hate/violence mongering. I hope somebody with some video editing skills puts together a montage, a short film doc of these type of right wing utterances. The tragedy of Tucson can't be pinned on any one person or event but the collective force of all right wing paranoia as voiced by it's political leaders and the right wing propaganda channels (Fox, Limbaugh, etc.) Ultimately, responsibility rest on the failings of human nature but for a practical place to start....
