Senator Al Frabken (D-MN) speaks at the second Netroots Nation MN Conference. In his lunchtime speech, he talks about the necessity of net neutrality and the dangers of the NBC-Comcast merger. Speaking on the weak FCC rules supporting Net Neutrality, Franken said that "This is the first time that the FCC has allowed discrimination on the internet."
