Victoria's summer deluge has recorded the largest rainfall totals in 150 years
Wimera River is expected to peak in the next 24 hours and the town of Horsham Victoria braces for the worst. Unprecedented flooding continues to hit country towns and will be remembered as the worst floods in Victorian history.
River height's exceeded predicted levels leaving hundreds of homes inundated in flood waters. The worst floods on record for the town of Rochester and has taken residents by surprise now the Town of Echuca is now under threat. Charlton has also received significant flooding.
The Avoca, Loddon, Wimmera and Richardson rivers have now broken their banks and hundreds of properties are now affected by flooding in the state's north-west. Several towns are now isolated.
