This is off of one of my old cassettes. I had some favorite songs on that side this is on, and remember this very well. I just wanted to add this to youtube so Mary & Vic's reporting wouldn't be lost. Mary passed away last year. Vic has been reporting on Congress for several decades.

For those that cannot hear, the clip of the magazine was in reference to members of Army Reservists shipping out for Saudi Arabia and talking about their excitement to go over and "maybe help the world", and "finally be a part of something", by hauling fuel and water to the troops. Also, the photo of the whale is, Humphrey, who was stuck for more than a day in the mud in the SF bay before being rescued and pulled out to sea by the Coast Guard, a replay of him being stuck years before, but that time for three weeks.
