1. we need to hear more from this guy.
but i suppose that is not in the works.
diane sawyer and brian williams are probably plotting ways to discredit this fellow already.

2. Most Americans prefer to avoid ''truthiness moments'' like this one.....
...but the truth is being pressed upon them now, whether they like it or not. The reality of the fraud that is capitalism cannot be covered-over anymore. The truth will out. This is what will force the truth out into the open, the conflicts of our times. They're about to get worse.

The question is, will we grasp that truth and use it to finally change things for the better, or will we succumb to fear, prejudice and ignorance as we have done up til now.

- That is the question......

5. your words ring true.
i suppose the majority will succumb to fear and the church roles will swell but others, less tied to the status-quo will welcome a new reality.
i, for one, have missed people being open and honest with each other and the times when we attempted to treat each other with respect.
maybe that can return after we run the pundits, who have worked to promote the fictions of the last decade, out of town on a rail, and after we cleanse DC of the corrupt political class.
it can't happen soon enough.

23. A "truthines" moment is the exact opposite of a "true" moment.
Colbert coined the word "truthiness" to refer to something that sounds plausible (at least to some people) but that is actually false, though people run with it as though it is actually true--things like death panels, the claime that Obama's a Kenyan Muslim, the belief that heavy winter snowfalls mean climate change is a hoax, etc.

4. Something has changed because Paul Krugman said
some devastating things today and a number of others did as well.

High time, too.

We can learn a lot from 9/11 about the predatory nature of the ruling class and their media if we are willing.

poor paul had to close the comment section of his column yesterday.
i was glad to read his comments and glad i didn't have to read the jingoistic responses that would have been posted.

15. Being lied to once is a betrayal
but having to endure and enable the People of the Lie for a decade has created a festering wound of sadness, anger and self loathing in our country.

I have always seen the absence of investigation into 911 as a demonstration of power- a shock and awe campaign that successfully held this country hostage while these people openly looted and pillaged our resources to fund yet more looting, killing and pillaging overseas.

We have enabled this lie just as a family enables an abusive parent. At some point the family must confront the abuser and this is what the whole world is waiting for America to do. It begins with a small decision--to refuse to put up with lies anymore-- to stop fighting amongst ourselves and save our angst for those that deserve justice.

On the 10th anniversary of America's Big Lie, to endure their attempt to re-innoculate us with their poison---we are DARED to stand up for ourselves and not allow this oppression to continue.

16. US "media integrity"
Now THERE is an oxymoron. Our increasingly corporatized media can be counted on to lie, distort, omit and spin in an effort to consolidate the power of the 1% that he spoke of. People like Diane Sawyer and Brian Williams are overpaid whores in that endeavor. I haven't taken network news seriously since long before the "Event That Changed Everything". There is a reason why the Rethugs and their puppets at the FCC want nothing to do with Net Neutrality. They want a tiered system of access to the Internet so that it can be kept away from people who can't afford access and get to websites like this one.

"You've got to catapult the propaganda." - George W. Bush
Most of our media has been more than happy to oblige.

18. us media integrity
yeah which is why Al Jazzera and RT (Russia Today) have come up as actual news alternatives to main stream media.

Heck thanks to the fallout with Keith ( I use the Opera Browser) on my speed dial I always had most of the news sites up. Now only have DU and Huffpo (despite some folks who wanted to sue over nothing.) I rarely go to MSNBC for news anymore except my local stations. Frankly the news media started losing their integrity with their ruthless persuit of bill clinton and where he stuck a cigar tube... nothing like letting the kids know that steal cigar tubes are fairly close to dildo's.. (think an 007 movie made that point quite good , right in the trash. "Oh I know right where to put that...." ) oh miss that particular moneypenny original one was great near Sean Connery. Pierce Brosnan's was right on par with kick ass.

19. I'll add this.
You mention Sex it's more juicer than murder.. So I'd see Ginger Lee's insides before she became friends with anthony Weiner. alsscan*com anyone? alsangels.com (bigger chests usually. slightly cheaper) heaven forbid someone has fun with (stage name know her first name though. if I ever ran for office someone would surely find the video of Ivana Fukalot saying hello (my real name) this is for you. oh I didn't know you could do that on youtube :P was just a 50 second dance on her bed. and she's from Moscow :P chatted with her last month.

and of course the hottest spy in the world has her own show in Russia :P almost as hot as Ivana. Ivana beats em all. even with braces :P Kinda prefer just photo's but fine art nudes and erotic nudes sometimes border porn and it's hard to tell them apart. So before Teagan Presley got her boobies stuffed, she looked great. Then she became a toy. Hope Ivy never puts in fake chest. (or go to Australia where your encouraging kiddie porn until you put in fake boobs. )

yes this is supposed to get attention just see how many people click this and find login for gina lee (ginger) http://www.alsangels.com/members/models/ginalee.html heck the director said he didn't see a large uptick in new members during the fake scandal. Practically one of the few sites (including DA) that bother to care about their models.... no matter what country they happen to be from (fortunately playboy is waking up to this. they wanna look for the best ladies.. don't just look in america) only know her as Jenya D. Her full name is hard to spelll. like Yevgenia D.... might as well look for Peach. Reneta Daninski. she's retired though. at least thats what they told me when she got pregnant. hope whoever she's with he rocks her world. Now Crissy Moran.. had no idea she basically belongs to a cult. Jesus loves Porn. yeah interesting but I consider it a cult. I don't think he does in that group since she's anti porn now. If she's anti porn now why is she in a group that loves it.

24. I couldn't have said it better
The US media was unwatchable after 9-11: WMD's, They hate us for our freedoms, etc. It was a shameful display.
