This story is a couple of days old but TYT are just getting around to it. And since it's Internet, they can use frank language that you won't hear on television. Plus Ana makes a good point: You can't force people to have sex with their spouses. Marriage is so you don't have to have sex with their spouse! :P

1. I agree with the reasoning but not the ruling

yes if you are married you should show affection for your spouse. But, this isn't something you can legislate. Like they say that is what divorce is for. For whatever reason the wife stayed in a sexless marriage even though she claims that made her unhappy. I think that the monetary award could have been based on neglect in other areas maybe or for emotional distress there were other possibilities anyway.
