Lawmakers will be back in session tonight - and waiting for them will be President Obama's "American Jobs Act" - which was formally submitted to Congress today. Now it's up to Republicans to figure out what they'll do with it. And according to at least one senior Republican aide - they're likely going to stick with the same game plan they've used all year...and that's saying...hell no - you can't!
