In a BBC interview, former FBI agent Ali Soufan reveals in his (highly censored by the CIA) book that the CIA waited until September 12th to provide him with information that they KNEW two of the 9/11 hijackers the FBI had been looking for overseas had in fact been here in the U.S. all along.

He goes on to refute Dick Cheney's claims of just how effective torture was and whether anything valuable was obtained using it. "All the actionable intelligence we got, we got BEFORE we started using torture."
