This is an extreme case, but cops beat people daily, all over the country and it has to stop.

3. i was beaten and fondled (searched for drugs they said)

dozens of times between the ages of 12 and 16 because i rode my bmx bicycle around town and the cops would see me and stop me, once i got a car and they no longer saw me the harassment slowed but did not stop.
