Please dont think this is limited to Puerto Rico. I live in Omaha and theress not a week that goes by without 5-6 shooting in the news, all drug related. This is particularly worse in the Black commuinity where a teenage drug dealer can make up to $1000 a night selling drugs.

I dont know how we can get Obama to take this issue seriously but it needs to be addressed now before we lose another African American generation (ofc not all but a good amount) to crime.
