John Edwards speaks about the right to organize at the SEIU convention in DC in September.

Today, Edwards got the endorsement of SEIU Iowa and several other states are likely to follow.

1. Union support is payback for Edwards support

for unions. As Edwards has said the union movement has been the biggest factor in the growth of the middle class.

If we grow unions we will grow the middle class again. Go Edwards!!! Go SEIU!!! :woohoo:

2. Unions and John Edwards

John is the best thing that has happened to the union movement in a long, long time. Calling attention to lift people from poverty into better jobs and benefits. Vote for John Edwards.

It's quite obvious who'll represent Corporate interests - the Corporate Democrats that the corporate media promotes.

4. The SEIU state union endorsements are a big boost for Edwards!

SEIU union members will mobilize on the ground for Edwards in key early states like Iowa. SEIU members who support other candidates will not be able to campaign for them in Iowa or other states where SEIU has endorsed Edwards.

I think this is an excellent arrangement established by SEIU.

Today, Service Employees International Union (SEIU) state councils from Iowa, California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Minnesota, Michigan, West Virginia, Ohio and Oregon announced they have endorsed Senator John Edwards for president, totaling close to one million SEIU members.
