9. What I Don't Understand

Is why the Resturant Association didn't take action against Cain after the first woman came forward. Now we hear that 3 different women were involved. That makes him a serial harasser. I have always wondered why he left Godfather's Pizza while still a young man. It looks like his closet is pretty crowded.
