As the vet said, in ten years you'll see how much worse it will be. I sure hope people don't sit around for another 10 years watching our democracy implode. I know I thought it couldn't get any worse 10 years ago, and today those look like the good ol' days. That vet is so spot on. Our country is being dismantled and privatized (stolen) from the 99% under our exhausted, overworked and underpaid noses. People, you MUST vote, even if it is on a Tuesday. Let's vote all those Republicans out and THEN we will be able to change election day to Saturday.

It's too bad he's preaching to the choir with Bernie Sanders. I'd like to see a lot of Verne McGrews attend town hall meetings and raise hell like that in front of some of the a-hole congressmen from Ohio like Jim Jordan, Bob Latta or John Boehner.

25. My friend's wife is from Argentina, they are given off the day to vote and

it is also mandatory that people vote. I only mention Argentina because it is in the forefront of my mind because we were discussing it last night. I don't know if I would agree with the mandatory part. But, people should have the day off to vote. And one can say that the polls are open until 8 or 9 or whatever but some people still dont have the time. Especially those working 2 and 3 jobs and have kids in different activities. My closest girlfriend is out of the house by 6 and isn't usually home until after 8 or 9.
