hit him? Was it his leg?

No network coverage that I've seen.

I bet that hurts worse than being shot in your body armor by a "real" bullet.

3. At around 4:15 into the video a caption announces that

Scott was shot with a rubber bullet. It looks to me like he was shot in his side. By the original video, I thought it was his leg also.
