2. For once! I noticed that as well.
What's his record...over 40 for a signing?

Bush did the whole multiple pens thing so often as well as Pres. Clinton.

Must be annoying to do each letter individually.

3. This is silly and just for show.
They don't need to pass a bill to continue the effort toward efficiency that Al Gore started.

This is absolutely clownish. If they have extra buildings, they could rent them out for ongoing income. That would be wiser in the long run.
