7. Suspend Critical Viewing

Strange, when people watch “comedy” that skewers their political adversaries, they suspend critical judgment and assign an 8 to a routine that deserves a 3. Republicans do it to Dennis Miller’s material because subject matter supersedes comic quality. Dennis has not been funny in 15 years and neither has SNL; this skit is further confirmation. SNL is as it was described by John Cusack in the movie “Bob Roberts”.
