Mike Papantonio appears on MSNBC’s The Ed Show to discuss Jerry Sandusky’s interview with Bob Costas, and whether or not this interview will hurt Sandusky’s case.

2. Unless the attorney is purposefully doing this so Sandusky has grounds
for appeal. I'm going to look into my non-existent crystal ball and say there's no way Sandusky isn't found guilty of this. Admitting that he touched genitals in the shower is admitting to sexual abuse. The only way I can see an attorney allowing this, outside of his client demanding that he do the interview, is setting up grounds for an appeal for bad counsel.

4. I don't Sandusky could appeal bad counsel
unless it occurs during the trial. Otherwise you have no way to unring the bell. I would think a judge would make it perfectly clear to Sandusky that if he wants to continue with his current lawyer in trial, he is doing so at his own risk (kind of like defending yourself).

Should the state bar take a look at this lawyer?

3. That was the CREEPIEST interview I have ever heard.
Wasn't following this case to much until I heard this clip on the The Daily Show.

Just the guys voice, his choice of words, made me ill.

In the court of public opinion, this interview pretty much sealed his fate.

5. The bad, the prurient and the ugly.
I guess there are not enough little blond girls going missing to keep folk's attention off the far more important to every man on earth, fascist crackdown on OWS and the shredding of the constitution and the loss of our democracy.

Why are so many chops being licked over this fairly common occurrence, ugly as it is.

If true, prosecute, and get this man out of reach of children, and get some help for the victims if they need such, but the mania being exhibited by the "MSM" is sucking all the air out of the airwaves, and is a case of self righteousness gone ballistic "me thinks though doth protest too much". I think prurient is just the right word.

One more thing to keep our minds off what is really going on.
