Vet for Peace. ret surgeon Dr. David Harris. He is an incredible man and gentle soul and has been a very active peace activist.

This past Monday the new resolution based by the Henn.Co. Commissoners will be in effect. No sleeping and no unattended items, so that includes the Vets for Peace flag and table with material.

At 5pm there was a march and encouragment to sleep over and defy the resolution. Around 4pm a large group of police and deputies showed up to remove the items and sleeping bags.. but over 700 protesters also showed up as well as a contigency of Veterans for Peace who did stay the night..
the Deputies and police when home around 7pm.. and the Occupation marched in the street around 6pm all through downtown and without a permit. Much to the delight of those downtown.. it has been incredible the response the workers downtown have given in their cheers and peace signs and fists raised.
